• A Refund Request will be deemed valid only if made within 48 hours from the time of purchase.
  • The request will have to be made through an email to (Betterskill support email)  specifying the student’s email address and the phone number used during registration.
  • you can only request a refund if your course has been paid in full.
  • The refund request will be considered valid only if the course does not cover the content that was promised to the student.
  • If the application is found to be correct after verification, your money will be refunded within 2-3 weeks of application.
  • After a refund request has been processed, the user will receive a confirmation email mentioning the Transaction ID or Reference number. The enrolled course will be deleted from the user profile and if a user wishes to enrol in the course again, he/she will need to re-purchase the course.
